John founded The Florez Group with the sole mission of providing clients with the most qualified candidates in the quickest manner possible. Since its inception, he has managed to cultivate relationships with over 50 software companies spanning just about every major U.S city. In addition, he has also established an extensive network of strategic partnerships with other agencies, which has contributed significantly to the tremendous growth and success of TFG. He brings with him a diverse background ranging from work at major non-profit organizations to Wall Street. He is also the Founder of iMoondo.com the worlds first online "Live" Classifieds site. John holds a B.A. in Psychology from SUNY-Binghamton in New York. He was born in Colombia, South America and grew up in Mamaroneck, NY. Currently he resides in Manhattan's Upper West Side with his wife Karen and two dogs Sonny and Franklin.
